Isla Demarchi

The Demarchi Island is a sector in the southern end of Puerto Madero, in Buenos Aires, strategic location for port activity.

The project therefore seeks to appropriate this territory limit by generating a footprint as extensive as possible. The set of heights and the movement of the bars allow to distinguish each space and its corresponding use, and at the same time the entrance of vegetation to favor the privacy of each sector but without disassociating with the place where its implanted.
