​As project logic, inspiration came from a variety of characteristic points of the context. The different urban profiles, overlays, building typologies, scales and uses, converge in a neighborhood language. With the desire to not lose this style, it was important to overturn the concept of neighborhood scale, as well as the consolidation of the block, to generate inside of it a use that does not compete with the outside, on the contrary, engender an activity which is expressed in the heart of the block.

In addition, a milestone was created, to give not only strength to the project as a whole but also as a reflection, or perhaps competition with a more remote urban context like Puerto Madero and its towers.Last but not least, we worked with the idea of an articulator. One that operates inside the block and that not only sews the previous abstract concepts, but also the projected architecture.
