The sector studied is characteristic of having a large park, Parque Patricios, which expands and generates small scattered green spaces along the weft. This area, is sorrounded by low density buildings and a lack of identity. The equipment inside parks (sport center, hospital an annexes) originates the disconnection of uses between the analyzed outline and the rest of the zone.

The Project

>Refunctionalization of buildings. New equipment >New pedestrian and bicycle paths. Their extension to the weft activates the use of green spaces and continuity of the public space.

>Redesign of green areas and its extension. Unity between private and public parks. 

>Higher density (Housing 80%).

>New urban front towards the park. 

>New sector supporting technological center (Office 40%) 

>Coexisting street. New commercial 0-level on main axis. Refunctionalization of secondary axes.
